Shipping & Delivery
- We only deliver within Canada.
- All products are delivered from our warehouse in Woodbridge, Ontario.
- All products are delivered via UPS.
- All orders over $120.00 are delivered freight prepaid.
- Shipping for orders under $120.00 is $14.50
- Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the address verified.
- We endeavour to ship your orders within 2-3 business days however, sometimes there may be delays due to items being temporarily out of stock
- Items will be delivered to the delivery address shown in your confirmation.
- Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You will be able to track this online.
- A delivery signature is required. You will need to make sure that someone will be present to sign for the delivery
- All deliveries to you are insured by us, however, once your order has been signed for our insurance liability ceases.
